Your Health and Well-Being
Visit the Arch Resource Center for more details about the benefits we offer. New employees will also find benefits eligibility and enrollment information.
We offer a generous 401(k) plan, making a non-discretionary matching contribution in an amount equal to 100% of the first 3% of your eligible compensation contributed to the plan. We also provide employer non-elective contributions of between 5% and 10% of your eligible compensation.
If you’re still in school, or have been considering going back to school, we can help you pay for it. Get up to $5,250 in your first and second year at Arch, and $7,500 in your third, fourth and fifth year, with an additional $2,500 for approved graduate courses. There is additional support for insurance exams, too.
Under the Student Loan Assistance Program, Arch will contribute $250 monthly — $3,000 a year — to supplement your regular principal payments on your student loan. You can also choose to refinance at competitive rates.
When it comes to charitable giving, Arch will match eligible contributions dollar-for-dollar to qualified charitable organizations, up to $25,000 per employee per calendar year. Your contribution must be made directly to an organization that is recognized by the IRS as a charitable, scientific, educational or other organization as described in Section 501(c)(3).
We provide up to 10 weeks of paid leave to eligible employees at 100% of your base salary for the birth, adoption or fostering of a child. This parental leave is in addition to any birth-related medical leave taken by the mother, which usually covers six weeks of an employee’s full salary. Leave must be taken within 12 months of the child’s birth/adoption/fostering and must be used in a minimum of two-week increments.
