Arch and its employees strive to make a difference. We invest in our communities and encourage each other to give our time and talent in meaningful ways. To help our employees give back to the causes they are passionate about, we offer generous Matching Gift and Volunteer Time Off (VTO) programs. Our Matching Gift Program provides a dollar-for-dollar match for eligible contributions to qualified charitable organizations. We also provide employees with two days of VTO annually to volunteer with eligible charitable organizations. We donate volunteer time and resources to local and national organizations that are important to our employees and to the communities in which we live and work.

Share Purchase Program

We know that our employees’ hard work contributes to Arch’s overall success. Arch’s Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) provides eligible employees with the opportunity to share in Arch’s success by purchasing ACGL shares at a 15% discount, based on the value on the first day of the offering period, through payroll deductions during semi-annual offering periods.

Arch Achieve: Peer Nominated, Peer Voted

Hard work and dedication is repaid here. We offer an annual awards program, called Arch Achieve, where employees nominate their peers and then determine the winners. It’s an award intended to recognize stellar contributions that benefit our customers and/or the company while upholding Arch’s Values. Annual winners receive either an allotment of ACGL stock or a cash grant, lunch with a member of the senior executive team and a crystal award.
